Abstract
The diagram shows longitudinal sections of typical sublevel stoping, example taken from the Sherwood Mine. The Sherwood Mine was an underground iron mine in the Menominee Range in Iron County, Michigan. The mine was operated from 1931-1975 by the Inland Steel Company. It was the last working underground iron mine in Iron County.
