Caption reads: "No. 4205. Treasury Tunnel. Ouray, Colorado. Muck is dumped in cars of 90 cubic foot capacity at the dump a few hundred feet from the portal of the bore. Cars are of Granby type and are dumped by means of an extended, removable arm which runs over a movable ramp."Men operate cars to dump muck at the Treasury Tunnel dump.
