Tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite with pyrite and dolomite

Abstract

Metallic-gray tetrahedrite crystals (many oriented as chains of crystals alligned in parallel growth) mixed with brassy yellow chalcopyrite. Lesser amounts of brassy pyrite and white dolomite are scattered in the mix. This mineral specimen is from the Eagle mine, Gilman mining district, Eagle County, Colorado.
