R data help libraries count usage of their electronic resources. For years we have used UStat to manage these data and report on user activity. But in 2017 that all changed when this function was greatly expanded and enhanced and integrated into Alma. The presenter was a development partner for this transformation. Come learn how you can start taking advantage of this fantastic new capability. We’ll have a quick intro to COUNTER, a discussion of new Alma roles, we’ll learn about the Data Usage Loader and loading data both manually or via SUSHI, and we’ll look at the amazing new Analytics reports available to help you do collection development and more. There will be plenty of time for questions. Even if you haven’t used UStat, it’s time to get into COUNTER!
