    Abstract
This presentation gives an overview of the emerging problem of compliance for higher education, including: the number of statues and regulations associated with areas of higher education; examples of compliance requirements for the Department of Defense Tuition Assistance Program, the Center for Disease Control contract awards, and overall government export controls; and the various policies and acts governing awareness, prevention and reporting of sexual violence on campus. Campus compliance and policy resources for faculty are also highlighted.
