Abstract
Having successfully migrated to Alma last year, the Colorado School of Mines wanted to get the most out of their shiny new Library Management System, and so six months after going live decided to take advantage of the new Optimization Service offered by Ex Libris. Come learn about this exciting and important new Service, why the Library decided to embark upon such an adventure, the ways staff prepared for traveling this route, and how Mines planned significant improvements to workflows, services and configurations as a result of the Service's recommendations. Was the journey a success? All will be revealed!
