Abstract
The Warp OS/2 is a widely distributed operating system produced by IBM designed to support Microsoft Windows applications. Differences between Microsoft and IBM led to IBM assuming full support of OS/2, but it never really caught on in the general marketplace. Today, it still exists in some niche IBM markets. For example, many ATM machines run a version of OS/2.
