Abstract
The SIlver Cliff town hall, with a log house to the side, Silver Cliff, Custer County, Colorado. Caption reads: "The Silver Cliff Town Hall where $100,000 in Bonds were sign by the bare footed Mayor, (Frank Roff) the last of these Bonds were paid March 1910, the Town has no indebetness [sic] of any kind, to day the town boost of better than 300 population. This is 100 per cent a mining town."
