Abstract
The property was located one and one-half miles west of Empire in the Upper Union Mining District, Clear Creek County, Colorado. The mining claims were McKinley, Ann Arbor, Prescott, Bertie, Kierstead, Bell, Sheard, Sheard Extension, Miller, Ohio, Bimetalie, Jim Blaine, J.E., Tiger, Abeel, and Washtenaw. Six assay reports on the property are included.
