Abstract
The property was located one-half mile from Dumont in the Montana mining district, Clear Creek County, Colorado. The mining claims were the Monte Christo, Psalm of Life, Hecla, Olympic, Benton, New Discovery, Ward, Silent Friend, Friend, and Waverly. Numerous legal documents regarding the properties are present, including three abstracts of title, two agreements, a mineral certificate from the General Land Office, two mining deeds, a lease deed, a trust deed, and twenty-nine redemption certificates.
