Abstract
The Allouez Mine and mill were located near Calument, Michigan. The Mine was operated by the Calumet & Hecla Consolidated Copper Company. The Calumet & Hecla Consolidated Copper Company, based in Calumet in the Keweenaw Range, was one of the largest copper producers in the US.
