Abstract
Photograph of a cutaway drawing of the interior of the Clear Creek Company Works mill, which was located in Georgetown. The mill was built in 1877 and used a modified version of the Hunt, Douglas, and Stewart leaching process. This mill specialized in treating low-grade silver ores (down to twenty ounces per ton) and had the capacity to process up to ten tons per day.
