Abstract
The property was located on the south slope of Seaton Mountain in the lower Clear Creek mining district, Clear Creek County, Colorado. Names of the mining claims were The Main Trunk, West Santa Fe, Gem, Gem Extension, Max, Enid, Guy, Grantham, Amy C., Freighter's Friend, Washington, Jenny Lind, Lucerne, Second Lucerne, Grand Trunk, Bride, Frida R., and the Logan placer claim.
