Abstract
Ktenasite is a rare mineral. Some of the sphalerite exhibits twinning according to the spinel law, some of which has a polysynthetic habit. Mineral specimen is from the #5 level tunnel, Commodore mine, Amethyst vein, Creede mining district, Colorado.
