I hereby grant to Colorado School of Mines a single copy of my work. (It is hereafter called the “Work”).

This agreement does not represent a transfer of copyright of the Work to Colorado School of Mines, but it does transfer ownership of a single copy of the Work to Colorado School of Mines. Colorado School of Mines’ rights to the Work will be non-exclusive, perpetual and royalty-free, to retain, reproduce, and distribute the Work.

I understand that this agreement grants Colorado School of Mines permission to make the submitted Work accessible for the Colorado School of Mines community and the general public to view and download through the Mines Repository.

I represent and warrant to Colorado School of Mines that:

   * The Work is my original work, or that I’m authorized by the copyright holder(s) to submit the Work to the Mines Repository.

   * The Work does not, to the best of my knowledge, infringe, or violate any rights of others.

   * I have obtained all necessary rights to permit Colorado School of Mines to reproduce and distribute the Work.

   * Any third-party owned content is clearly identified and acknowledged within the Work.

Grant the standard distribution license by selecting 'I Grant the License'; and then click 'Complete Submission'.
